Maple Syrup Festivals

Indulge Your Sweet Tooth!

Celebrate the end of winter at a local sugar bush and inhale the sweet scent of bubbling maple sap. Make this an annual “end-of-winter” family tradition – attend a BruceGreySimcoe maple syrup festival or visit a sugar shack to sop up fresh maple syrup with pancakes hot from the griddle.

Maple syrup festivals start in late March and run right through till mid-April, with Tap into Maple running until May 31st.  Yep, no doubt about it - pancakes and sausage just taste better when eaten outside!  Follow up your al fresco breakfast with a horse-drawn buggy ride, a tour of the sugar shack, roast bannock over an open fire or a hike through the woods.  And take home some BruceGreySimcoe "liquid gold" along with your sweet sugar bush memories.
