The 5K mud run! Get ready for a day of mud, sweat and cheers. The Mudmoiselle obstacle course is a 5K stretch of the muckiest, filthiest, slimiest mud. It’s where your inner child runs free while testing your endurance, strength and determination.

What's more impressive than a lady like you trudging through mud on your day off? Raising money for a great cause at the same time! You will help fund Canada's most promising cancer research and vital support services for cancer patients and their families. Muddy shoes aside, we know when it comes to raising funds, you don't mess around. So we're asking that every Mudmoiselle go the extra muddy mile and reach the minimum $150 goal and then some!
