Blumination Dream Trail
Where: Blue Mountain Village
When: December 1 to January 6th from 5 to 10 p.m.
With one million lights artfully arranged around the Blue Mountain Village, the new Blumination Dream Trail is a must-see this holiday season. The village was already well-known for their festive light show but this new Dream Trail takes things to the next level. The displays are creative, unique and very interactive. Definitely a hands-on experience for all ages. Finish at the events plaza to watch the musically-choreographed light shows at 6, 7, 8 and 9 p.m. each evening. Saturdays feature fireworks, horse and wagon rides and visits with Santa. Make an evening or a weekend of it, add dinner, shopping (shops are open til 9 during the Blumination event) or bring your skis and snowboard and hit the slopes. The Blumination Dream Trail is free for all to stroll and enjoy. Find out more at http://bluemountainvillage.ca/blumination

Add some Christmas shopping with 40 artisans on site as well as the Sainte-Marie gift shop offering extended hours. Admission is $10 per person with a donation of a non-perishable food item. Kids under 5 are free.
Stay in the area with the First Light package that includes a souvenir lantern, entry to the event, a food voucher for a local restaurant, an overnight stay and breakfast at the Comfort Inn.
