Flying Spatula Diner

The Flying Spatula Diner is owned and operated by local chef Shawn Adler of the Flying Chestnut Kitchen in Eugenia. It's a great place to enjoy a delicious all-day breakfast, order fresh to-go sandwiches, have a hearty home-made lunch and coffee. There is plenty of seating and the diner has been completely renovated to provide a comfortable, bright and cheerful atmosphere. No reservations are required but this is a cash only restaurant.
