Chi-Cheemaun Passenger and Vehicle Ferry

The Chi-Cheemaun ferry accommodates up to 150 vehicles and 638 passengers per trip, and offers Sunset Dinner Cruises, Parks Canada Interpretive services on route, Guided Tours of the August night skies, Live Music performances (scheduled events), a children's play area, the Boatique gift shop, and a licensed lounge on board. Round-trip 4hr excursion fares are also available for walk-on passengers who want a big ship and big water experience. Enjoy fine food at any time of day, and watch the Islands open out onto the clear blue expanse of Lake Huron and the Georgian Bay. A twenty minute stopover on Manitoulin Island is all that is needed to unload and reload the ferry vehicle deck, a carefully articulated procedure best viewed from the uppermost outside deck. Settle in the Fathom Five Lounge or out on the sun deck for the return crossing. Forgot your book?
