On 100 acres of rich, loamy soil, we grow over 120 varieties of high quality certified organic vegetables, greens, seedlings, edible flowers and garnishes. We use long, 3-year cover crop rotations to ensure our soil's nutrients are fully replenished, which translates to vegetables with high nutritional content and OUTSTANDING FLAVOURS and ensures soil health, contributing to a healthy ecosystem. Everything is grown in a personal manner and is packaged by hand. Chefs enjoy the quality and consistency of our produce, as does the public, who can find small, unique, speciality varieties and packages at farmers' markets and food shops.
