For The Love Of Ice is an Ice Bath and Breath Work Studio. Be guided through an intimate 3 part session, starting with 25 minutes of guided breathing techniques to shift your nervous state, followed by a 20 minute infrared sauna and ending with a guided ice bath. Contrast therapy (hot and cold) has many benefits including, relief of anxiety and depression, reducing inflammation, increasing metabolism and weight loss, improving sleep, alertness and energy to just name a few. Gillian is a trained cold immersion and breath work facilitator with three certifications and vast experience in this field.
