Consisting of 90 acres located along the waterfront of Penetanguishene Harbour, the park has been recently upgraded and includes a new splash pad, amphitheatre, playground and fishing dock, pavilion, swimming beach, skateboard park, basketball and beach volleyball courts, dog park, paved Trans Canada Trail, accessible washrooms and free parking. The park trail brings you to Penetanguishene Main Street, where you can stay for the day, enjoying unique shops, restaurants and cafés. Penetanguishene commemorates four cultures; Anglophone, Francophone, First Nations and Metis, which are portrayed throughout the park with hand-crafted statues and displays, depicting 400 years of the Towns history.
