Quayle’s Brewery is a farm brewery, locally owned and operated offering a unique farm to glass experience. This picturesque brewery is established in a replica of the Musical Barn, a local historical landmark from the town of Eady. Located in the rolling hills of Oro-Medonte, it is conveniently situated minutes away from bike trails, ski resorts, snow mobile trails and Ontario’s beautiful lake districts. One of Ontario’s largest hop farms, they grow seven varieties of hops on their 87-acre farm and brew their own beer on-site using their own crystal clear spring water. Each batch is crafted authentically and sustainably using many ingredients from their own property. The brewery features a tap room with 14 unique styles of rotating fresh craft beer, an artisan menu with authentic Mexican & Southern comfort cuisine, an acoustic lounge, event facilities and a spacious patio overlooking their 12 acres of hop-yards to create a destination experience.
