BruceGreySimcoe, Ontario is rich with history and each county has its own regional museum to showcase those stories. In Bruce County, the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre located in Southampton has family-friendly and interactive exhibits. Grey County is home to the  Grey Roots Museum and Archives near Owen Sound showcases the area's intriguing history through exhibits and programming. In Simcoe County, The Simcoe County Museum has rich exhibits indoor and outdoors including historic outbuildings and farm machinery.  One of the region's most notable historic sites, Saint Marie Among the Hurons, is located in Midland and transports visitors back to a 17th century Jesuit mission. Several smaller museums dot the region as well. Be sure to check fall hours before visiting!
