Hard water fishing’s never been so good.  Lake Simcoe is the premiere ice fishing destination in Ontario for some very good reasons – perch, whitefish and trout are just a few of them!   Park your hut here for the season (permit required) or rent from one of the many outfitters who can provide hut, equipment, fishing tips and will drill your hole for you, too.  Ice fishing is a great way to spend some family time or a guys’ or girls’ weekend away.  Cap off your day with a delicious meal at a local eatery and stay overnight for a fresh and early start the next morning.
