Kittypalooza offers the lowest adoption fees of the year, which include spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, parasite treatment, I.D. microchip + health check from veterinary team. Arrive early. Come prepared with a few favourites as many get adopted quickly. Bring a cat carrier -- adopted felines are going home the same day.
