Join us for Stitch and Weave, a weekend fibre expo with workshops and marketplace, featuring all things fibre and fibre adjacent! As well as being aesthetically pleasing, beads have historical significance and have been used as currency, in meditation and prayer, and to denote social standing or power. Some schools of thought believe that the creation and use of beads is mankind's oldest art form! Using felt, fabric, and small beads, handcraft a pair of unique fabric beads that can be threaded on a necklace, keychain, or made into earrings! All materials provided.
