Felted Wool Dryer Ball Workshop at Kimber Valley Farms

Come join us on the farm for a workshop with our unique Icelandic sheep! This is an introduction to felting. Learn how to make your own wool dryer balls. This workshop combines needle and wet felting techniques to form a ball shape. Participants will each make 2 larger dryer balls as well as some small wool beads for other projects. The workshop includes all materials, instruction, light refreshments and a tour to meet the makers behind our Icelandic wool! There will be plenty of time to get up close and personal with our flock and to take lots of pics. You will also meet our livestock guardian donkey Shasta!
