The Georgian Bay School of the Arts is excited to host our first annual premium plant show: FOLIARTS! The day will focus on tropical plants and succulents, and begin with a number of plant-related workshops where attendees will learn to make mosspoles, kokedamas, jarrariums, and mount a staghorn fern. The day will also be dedicated to learning various aspects of the care for their new and beautiful plants. There will be a plant marketplace (opening at 10:00am) where specialty vendors will offer a variety of plants and plant-related supplies. This is all taking place in the large creative studios of GB Arts, located on the main street, in the heart of downtown Owen Sound. The busy Palette Cafe located in the entrance to GB Arts will be open from 10-3 as well.
