Throwing, spinning, pinching, coiling, or rolling. No matter the method, kids love to work in the medium of clay with all its squishy muddiness. This week of clay will see projects using all the methods listed above and more. Kids will have a lunch break with a de-wiggling stretching class to get their squirms out. Campers will then have the afternoons to stretch their creative wings at the Tom Thomson for sketching and doing colour exercises. They will study the work of local painters at the Owen Sound Artists’ Co-op, and then apply what they’ve learned to their own paint creations back here at GB Arts. A variety of mediums will be explored during this week long painting-palooza!
