Melody Johnson explores the Master of Literary Horror, Shirley Jackson. A multi-media experience, everyone delights in this engaging account of Shirley’s work, centered around family and community. Composer Allen Cole joins Melody combining reading, performance, and piano to Jackson’s newly published letters, and a haunting retelling of Jackson’s The Lottery.
