The fun begins at 2:00 pm with crafts, stories, and activities with the Meaford Museum and the Meaford Public Library at the Meaford Rotary Pavilion. The program continues from 6:00 - 8:00 pm with a lively reenactment presented by actors in traditional War of 1812 soldier attire. Join us for dueling demonstrations, cannon firing, candy cannon, and also wartime surgical demonstrations.
