In celebration of her new solo exhibition at The Gallery at L.E. Shore, Beverley Smith invites you on a captivating journey to La Macina Di San Cresci, an artist residency in Tuscany, Italy.
Beverley will share how she discovered the residency, her experiences living there, and the impact it had on her both artistically and personally. You'll also be treated to an insightful overview of her artistic evolution, as she reflects on each of her solo shows at The Gallery, from her first in 1996 through 1999, 2002, 2013, 2019, and now 2025!
The talk will take place amidst Beverley’s latest exhibition, which features works created during two residencies at La Macina Di San Cresci.
