Meadow Ridge Maple is a part of Fischer Lind Farms Ltd (a spousal partnership between Jim and Donna Fischer). The maple bush is located on our 5th generation home farm immediately south of Walkerton. Pipelines bring fresh sap from 800 taps along a ridge and down across an open meadow to two collection points near our sugar camp, hence the name “Meadow Ridge”. We use modern maple equipment and technology incorporating an energy efficient wood-fired evaporator to produce 100% pure maple syrup.
