The Loft on King was the result of deciding short term rental was a more creative way to use the space. The spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment had last been rented several years ago to local artist Dennis Milton. After Dennis passed, the space was used as storage and Jamie's office in the famous Rasta Room. Today after 11 months of thoughtful redecorating and furnishing, Dennis's paintings grace several key rooms of the Loft.
