The race route trails are part of the Kincardine Trails system – an entirely intra-town system with a variety of challenging terrain for a cyclist. The race course is approximately 28 km long. The terrain roughly breaks down to 12km of hard surfaces, 12 km of single track, and 4km of paved roads. The single track will have some natural dismount features as well as handling skill challenges regardless of the bike you choose to ride. The route follows the forested river trails, lakeside paths and connecting roads through the town of Kincardine. It finishes downtown at Queen’s Lookout Park overlooking the lake. This pleasant, scenic location is also where the awards will be held
