HaiSai was created by chef Michael Stadtländer whose Eisenginn Farm has been rated among the Top 10 restaurants in the world. Haisai extends Eigensinn’s philosophy of using local ingredients and is a comfortable, affordable option without the formality or cost of a multi-course meal. HaiSai “chefs in residence” work closely with chef Stadtlander to create daily seasonal menus. Fresh whole grain breads, stuffed buns & pastries & a selection of prepared food are available for take-out.
